This is obviously fake and couldn't have been written by a doctor or any medical practitioner for that matter. I doubt there is a hospital like that in Sokoto as the specialist hospital was not specified. The grammar was that of a poorly educated junior secondary school student. Even with all the ailments claimed there is no indication for surgery |
