There's no right or wrong age.. When you are mentally, emotionally, financially and physically ready to know that marriage isn't a child's play, then you are ripe for marriage
In marriage there's no U-turn nor reversion, go into it with the mindset of growing old and happy with your partner.
Always remember that everyone has his or her time zones, that you are 30 and not yet married doesn't mean that you are not desirable. Being single gives you ample time to prepare for the journey ahead.
Get married when you feel that you can stay married!!!

A girl starts her period around 14-15 and Menopause around 40-45. Do the maths.
One the average girls have 25years of s*xlife.
At 15 girls are still in secondary school, after 6 years out of uni, if she wan find job as a single lady to be independent another 5-6 years. Waiting for Mr right now depends on luck maybe another 5 years for dating and marriage . 6+6+5 = 17 years. (25-17=
8 years left between Menopause. Scientific research has it that ones a woman attain age 30, her libido reduces, it becomes more difficult to get pregnant and even when pregnant they face complications.

Delaying ur marriage does not guarantee a happy home, whether u are mentally or financially ok. Your spouse determines the type of home u will have not material things. A good spouse = a good home vice versa. So my dear girls, Early marriage is the best for conceiving, ease of delivery, longer s*xlife and u can retire before ur 55th birthday. Omotola got married age 18, so is kanu's wife. Omotola's kids are already in Uni at age 40.

A little assignment, ask ur parents when they got married, I'm talking about pre-1960 parents. Majority of them married before their 19th birthday female and male less than 22years

it is only your post that makes sense to me in front page... Nigerians think that for an 18 year old girl to get married is bad... But little did we know that Americans we follow marry from the age 17 and they've been successful... All i know is that when a bad girl/woman of 17 gets to 30+ it is not only her mind that will mature but her bad character!

When marriage doesn't work in America and the lady has a kid or kids, the government steps in and give her free rent, medical insurance, food vouchers and money to support her and her kids if the man is unemployed or deadbeat.

Who supports Nigerian families if and when the marriage packs up and the man disappears? Tailor your expectations to your society. Unemployment rate in Nigeria is about 30% now while it is 3% in US. Have you seen why you shouldn't use US as a yardstick to address Nigerian problems?
