Though the stock of what is available is in the neigbourhood of N3million. There are just very few plots that I am willing to offer slightly below the three millon mark. Please note the following facts as you intend to buy from any source:

1. Ensure that the land is not on the set back. Hence it should fall within the C of O.

2. Ensure you can determine the root title and that the land is free from all known encumbrance or family tussle.
