Same in delta state and it has been going on for a long time before 2010. You can't even calls while passing through their check point, if they notice the stop the car and order who ever was making calls to come down and seize the phone. |

OP, in case you've never left your Portharcourt before, this is normal everywhere there is checkpoint in Nigeria. And like the poster above said, you can't make or receive calls at checkpoints. |
