Hovering over people's house just to show yourselves? What happened to big bushes, forest and much lands littered in abj? They always like to show themselves so that people will hail them

Other advanced countries take such exercises in the Mediterranean Sea and the desert and some times a densed forest created for such purposes. But come here to Nigeria they will taken such exercises in a residential and populated area, and at the end of it all, it will still be the citizens it will wage war against. Shame.

I saw some Alpha jets, helicopters and military transport planes. Very cool I must say, the last time I saw such a display was during Nigeria's 50th Independence Day celebration.

ChangeIsCostant:
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) will carry out aerial display as part of activities to mark Nigeria's 58th Anniversary Celebration.

Consequently, there will be movement of NAF aircraft within the Federal Capital Territory from now till 2 October 2018 as NAF pilots commence rehearsals for the occasion.

Fighter aircraft would be flying at low level during the rehearsals.

The NAF therefore wishes to advise members of the public not to panic but to go about their normal businesses.

what has your silly statistics got to do with my post. and by the way. been educated and been illiterate are quite different. ability to read and write, and not getting or showing a poor level of education are not the same, while a good number of Nigerian can read and write(literate) a good number like yourself are showing poor level of education and public decorum.

What are we celebrating? 58 years of mediocrity. What we need to be doing is celebrating 100% light, running tap water, and good hospitals. I fear our centenary will still be more of the same: fancy airshows and nonsense parading yet I will have to on gen if I want to see it on TV. Mtcheew

It was frightening yesterday, I thought abuja was under attack. My child was so scared due to the sudden loud sound from the fighter jets. They should have informed us days before the commencement of such exercise.

Now I know there's no need to be arguing with you. Aircraft's are flown using buttons abi?

And I didn't even notice your previous comment. No, fighter jets are controlled with PS4 gamepad. Nonsense.
