The entire Umuezeala (Aba branch) axis of Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State and its environs was early hours of today thrown into deep darkness as reckless driver of Akwa Ibom Royal Transport Company smatched two natives of the area to death.
According to an eyewitness, the duo (male and female) who were on a motobike met their sudden death as they were ran into by the bus driver who couldn't control the wheels of the vehicle due to high speed.
Following the sad event, youths of the area seeing that the victims of the fatal accident died on the spot angrily took to the street protesting over what they described as high speed rate on the road (especially on the part of vehicles bearing Akwa Ibom) which have resulted to loss of many lives in the recents.
