A fast growing real estate company wants to hire marketing Managers(Team Leads and Team Members) who will be responsible for providing professional advice and services to guide the company clients through a wide range of propositions such as investment management and financial advice on payment structure, trusts, professional guide etc.

 

Role :- Marketing manager
Location :- Lagos
Pay Grade : - 45,000 with monthly incentive

Responsibilities:
·         Conduct client meetings and effectively manage client relationships.

·         Understand client business/investment objectives.

·         Plan for future market advances, disruptions and downturns. in order to ensure advice is up-to-date and relevant to customers.

·      Advice client on estate locations based on customer profiles.

·         Ensure necessary training within the team group.

Person Specification:

·         Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client’s needs and requirements.

·         Must be a self-starter, problem-solver and a goal-oriented team player.

·         Strong attention to detail.

·         Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.

·         Show humble confidence when dealing with clients, be able to adjust style accordingly.

·         Technology savvy and innovative.
