God at last customer care be telling 5 working days on top your money again!!! so degrading and annoying!! union bank took them 2 weeks to revert my money!!! very good!!

It happened to me since 27th of September money not reversed yet I had a chat with the customer care online they my complaint has been added to priority list or something like that going to two weeks now nothing

This is a welcome development, i transferred money to someone's account and diamond bank was crediting the person after 17 days. Next time they try this shit I'll be getting 10k for the inconvenience

UBA will always pay this fine. They held my money for 10working days.
I tried to withdraw from other bank ATM, they debit my account instantly but didn't pay any money,on going to the bank to complain, they said I would wait for 10 working days since it is not uba to uba transaction

CBN said any failed instant payment transaction not reversed into the customer’s account within 24 hours, based on the complaint of the sender and/or beneficiary will attract a fine of N10,000.

That is the clause
