Meghan Markle was a Hollywood celebrity best known for her role in Suits television show. Since marrying Prince Harry, the former actress has been seen in mostly American designs.

Meghan is used to wearing American brands such as Ralph Lauren, Carolina Herrera and Oscar de la Renta, brands which are not well known in Britain.

Despite now living in Britain she still prefers American designers and European styles. The 37-year-old also likes to wear European fashion houses such as Prada, Dior and Givenchy.

Fashion experts say that out of her 22 public appearances since her wedding she has dressed in British designer styles just twice.

But now she has become a global fashion icon she will be under more pressure to wear other styles and more from Britain especially when attending high profile events abroad.
