ATUNWA in Asa, makes renewed Commitment, to always put Kwara First.

The Member Representing Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Razak Atunwa has made an avowed commitment to continue to put Kwara first.

Atunwa made this rededication while addressing Party Stalwarts, as part of his consultative tour to Afon, the headquarter of Asa Local Government.

In his own words, "I am not insulated from your yearnings and desires. You have spoken clearly, you want us to consolidate on the gains of the past. We shall carry on this mandate with renewed drive, vigor and energy."

Atunwa who was received by a resounding number of Party faithfuls, also seized the moment to appreciate his people for their unyielding support over the years.

"I am most grateful for your incredible reception and rousing welcome." he said.

"The tremendous support I have received over the years, has been incredible and your prayers have been critical to the progress we have made on the national front"

Also speaking at the event, the Kwara Central Senatorial District, PDP Chairman Alhaji. Adeisna described Atunwa as a man of nobility, who has distinguished himself in the various capacities he has served.

Alhaji Fatai Adesina said, "Atunwa has shown consistent commitment to putting Kwara first. He has an impeccable track record that validates this submission."

"He has never shown avarice for wealth or confused public office for self enrichment."

Recall, that Atunwa, who is a former Speaker of the State House of Assembly, was also a one time Commissioner Finance, works and Information. He is one of the prominent names that has been thrown up as a worthy successor of Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed.
