Hello, I have several GB of glo bonus data. However, whenever I use it the data network only stays on for like 5 sec before it switches off, either coming back on or forever remaining silent. If there was an actual sub the data network will be stable but now its not. Please is there anything I can do to be able to use this data without it cutting and fluctuating. Thanks.

Show us a screenshot of the GB,and probably the challenge u are having pictures speaks volume

Same here. The network don enter airplane mode. I'm not using bonus data though.
Had to sub Mtn.
Glo is useless

When my bonus data is on, I am able to browse but after a short while the 3G symbol just goes off as if my data is switched off even while it is switched on. Then I now have to switch off my data and switch it back on for me to be able to browse.

I experience the same here.....whenever I recharge #100 in a week I get around 5GB valid for a week....but their network ain't stable, it is always going on and off

This stuff is obviously done by them because this doesn't happen to the normal sub .....does this now mean that there's nothing we can do.... This stuff is very annoying

Glo that will give you data and collect network.. Is that one a network
