@Borderline the are two REPLACEABLE I.C in the Circut inside, one of them have gone bad ,ask a qualified Technician to check them for you i use to change my own my self when ever i have such problem [LNBF] and it is cost 200N each in PortHarcourt.

You either need to be in the footprint below or a larger dish to catch the said channels.

@Twinskenny,am in Zambia.The signal quality hits 84% on a 90cm dish.The best tracking frequency is 11023 h 21999 or 11035 v 22498 (Ango tv).They are all mpeg4

l have try all the softwares and even 1.23p and have found out that 1.10p is the best and follow by 1.20p.back to you 1.20p has the picture in picture.enjoy it,thank you
