@ALL,more free channels on Intel 17 at 66.0E ku like etv and mnet.Its even possible to combine 2 lnbs with 68.5E ku.Tracking frequency is 11515 H 11735 UNISA.Try it and you wont regret.Viva fta and mpeg4

Track intelsat 17 with 11515 h 1735 and also 11557 h 22654 to get etv,e Africa,blitz,mstar, mpeg4
Recievable in Nigeria/Africa.

I have not been able to track that due to lack of time but I see it has an african beam which may favour Zambia more than uns in naija. Besides, there are not many stations yet on it - or is there anything of interest I may be missing?

More than one satellite can have channels of same frequency and symbol rate. That is not normally a problem for those who know exactly where to point when tracking a particular bird.

@George i nail intel17 last nigth with my 2.4 solid pan and i have nail it this morning with 90cm together with pass7/10. On it there is intresting chanels check it out pls.

@all intel17 is possible on 90cm. I just nail d bird with a quality of 40%. I was able to get 10 interesting channels. It's worth trying for all lovers of FTA. Combining astra2b with intel17 won't be bad though.

I have 1.8m pan and I nailed the bird with very good reception.A fellow with 3.1m mesh also got very good reception .

I am still struggling to nail this bird o, any how sha man go fire this am without missing soon.

looks lyk dis intel17 cannot be tracked with 65cm dish. i ve tried it.

This sat bring alot of joy into the forum,let pray that it remain on air for long.becouse l understand they want to sale their own decoder.but let wait and see the transmition format whather it will match our decoder.2.4m mesh is picking now.thank you

even checked on the
4653x i was using b4 i got
the 69x but did not see it, i
saw some empty slots on
the 69x wit just 0.0E on
them, pls how do i go
about adding it.

All my respectable gurus, pls assist me with the direction to track the bird, I know it at east just like sirius but here in Lafia, Nasarawa state we naild it at west. I nailed this bird yesternight at about 1145-1200Am with 14 channels and 1 feed and a signal level at 69and 73.
the bird position is either a little bit below or above Intelsat 7/10Ku my best tracking TP and SR are 11498H 02400

@bassey and Abdul010 tracki ng of that bird is easy just input the frequency of that bird in to ur decoder any ku satlite will do(then move down to intel7/10 where we have all(those church chanels then track around the area just alittle beat up pass 7/10 u will hit this bird. U need to try by ur self to learn & become a guru.[sub][/sub]
