Recently I ordered a package from jumia a slim fit suit and the said company lied to me that it will be imported not knowing that they contracted it to a local tailor who bought am inferior material primary school uniform like and sew the suit without lining,pockets and thread loosing everywhere.
I have read of other people bad experience but I did give jumia my last trust but they failed most importantly went against all ethics of e commerce business.
Instead jumia should have rejected the suit made locally by the hungry tailor that its substandard but greed and selfishness wouldn't allow them rather they gave me a call that the useless package is up for delivery after prepaid.
Anyways once beaten twice shy.... please fellow friends out there on no account should you pay for any ecomnerce product except you have critically examined the product physically hence you are playing an online gamble not ecommerce shopping. little wonder the likes of amazon and co in the USA never trade with Nigeria because ni better governed policies to protect and value the customers.
let me land here.

TBH I even left my work for three days with permission so that I can receive the package according to jumia it takes three weeks to get suit shipped from oversea.... with the wedding as best man this weekend my countenance dropped once I saw the material in the package, I had to buy another one today.
thanks for sharing your experience as well this business men always take advantage of the poor condition of irregularities in government policies.
