Luka Modric beat Cristiano Ronaldo and Mohamed Salah to win the best men's player award at the FIFA Best awards.

Modric took the honour following another success-laden season with Real Madrid, in which he helped the club to another Champions League victory for a third consecutive season.

His World Cup campaign also earned many plaudits, after playing a crucial role in guiding Croatia to their first final and winning the Golden Ball.

When I tot INEC was terrible after d election on Saturday How can Courtios win best keeper and not be in top 11? How can Salah win best goal and among top 3 finalist but he isn't in the top 11.... Finally for every year that FIFA has given awards they have always dropped/released the PDF on how people voted but this year they haven't ..... This is a big shame to the organisers
