*OPEN LETTER TO EKITI STATE GOVERNOR ELECT DR.JOHN OLUKAYODE FAYEMI OVER REFORMS THAT NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE AS A MATTER OF URGENCY AT COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IJERO-EKITI.*

Firstly,  i want to thank God almighty for making it possible for you to be alive till today and am also glorify the name of God for the victory you deserved in the last governorship election, i prayed for you a successful tenure and glorify one.(Amen).


I want to sincerely appreciate you for the developmental projects executed by your administration in your first term as the governor of of Ekiti state, all the  projects as improved the academic standard and beatification of the school. I want to thank you for these under listed  projects -


(A) The administrative block


(B)Two capacity building hostel named MONISOLA OLORO


(C) MICANO generator(the college are still using it till today.


(D) 80% of the lecture rooms at School one(1) and School two(2).


(E) equipped Optical work shop and standard computer center...and many more


I want to also thank you for the welfarism of the staffs of the college, may Almighty God continue to bless you your excellently.


I want to also  call on your attention to the under listed issue that need urgent attention as soon as you possible, must especially when you're  inaugurated on 16th, of October 2018,they are-


(1) During your first tenure there's nothing like accreditation fees but now the accreditation fees has become the students responsibility after huge amount of money the students are paying for the school fees  and others unnecessary fees. Some have paid and students have protest against this accreditation fees. So we want it cancelled and the money of those students that have already paid should refund.


(2) During your time in office JKF the acceptance fees for the new 100L students is just three thousands naira(N3000) now its fifteen thousands naira(N15000). We demand for at least 60% reduction.


(3) The materials fees as at September 2014 is fifteen thousands naira(N15000) but the fees has dramatically increased to sixty two thousands naira (N62000). Sir please we also demand for 60% reduction of the fees.


(4) I want to notify you also that the school fees of the college has been increased by 46% immediately you left office in 2014. This is too hard for the parent who the government owning almost eight( months salaries yet to be paid. I am pleading  that the fees should be redress and the fees should be reverse by 40%.


(5) Apart from the Remedial hall, no other product by the outgoing government in the college, In view of this we want you to use your humble office to build at least five(5) blocks of lecture rooms/renovation of the college gate and construction of the road inside the college to make the college more attractive.


(6) Back to the accreditation issue,many courses running presently in the school are yet to be accredited, we want you through the ministry of health and ministry of Education to attend to this as soon as you resume office.


(7) The students in one voice demand Democratic Student Union Government.


( We demand renovations of the two school hostel(Monisola Oloro Hall).


(9) Sir, please don't forget JKF Students Vanguard, the group that  champion your campaign within the  students of the college during the hardship regime of the former provost.


I believed in your agenda and know you will do all these even if I decided not to write you this letter.
