Capital YES, Varane was in outstanding form last season, I believe when Canavaro won the world best as a defender, he didn't performed more than what we saw Varane did for last season. If you observe very well, it wasn't just C Ronaldo that voted him.

The managers didn't even Vite two for Messi. it's that bad. At least the players themselves know the best when they see the best with their votes.

That is how all of them including Messi have been voting since. Messi voted for CR7 for the first time in 10 years because he didn't make the shortlist.

The first few line made me check the source of the post and I wasn't disappointed.
First Modric beat Ronaldo and Salah to the award not Messi.
Secondly he ended Ronaldo and Messi's dominance since the past 10 years, not just Messi.

No...you shut up! If Modric was so good why was he not carrying the team when CR7 was not playing well and was been rested by zidane? Let's even check out the stats without goals.
