Sales and Marketing Leads with strong people skills, drive for success and ability to motivate others are needed. Sales leads will manage between 5-10 individuals and create operations plan to meet weekly targets.

This is a new start-up managed by very talented young visionaries with proven business acumen and successful careers in top 50 companies in the U.S. This is not a humiliating Sales position, as we foster integrity and self pride amongst our workforce.

Sales leads will be trained in the use of state of the art technologies and marketing techniques to engage new customers in understanding ways to increase their visibilty to the general public with use of our innovative product through our Web, SMS and print products.

Sales leads will be paid minimum guaranteed monthly salaries in addition to a profit-sharing formula when sales targets are exceeded by their teams.

Qualifications:
BA/BS in Arts, Business, Accounting, Science or other course and/or equivalent experience. OND/HND Grads can apply.
- At least 2 years of experience. This can be combined experience through Industrial Training and Youth Service assignment.
- Sound problem solving skills, issues resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision making skills.
- Proven ability to provide training, direction, and mentoring for team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Young energetic and motivated with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
