It's probably best to withdraw, and if she confronts you about your withdrawal, then just tell her the full truth, it'll be painful, but when you play with someone's heart, you have to understand the consequences. I understand this is the 'dating in the dark' scenario. You fell in love with her personality, but her looks have outweighed everything, and now when you think of her, you don't think of her personality or character, you think of her looks which you're not attracted to. Is she really all that bad looking? Because you know once you let her go, you may never be able to get her back, especially if she's a catch in terms of her personality. It'll be painful for her to forgive, after all this would be a blast to the ego and confindence. |
