Nigerians are really frustrated, I really don’t understand how we are ranked as one of the happiest people in the world.

If the Nepa bill for said person is N370, for the bill to be that low means the said person is a regular “billpayer” so why on earth would a Landlady attack a tenant who pays his bill promptly. There’s probably being some backbiting and backlash in the compound numerous times.

But still on still N370 is too small for this kind of punishment if especially the tentant didnt steal the money.

Hmmmm...
