Is it rude for a potential employer not call back an applicant informing them that they did not get the job? I mean he/she called to inform you about an interview and during the interview she promised to give you a feedback but most times they don't call you give any feed back . I feel its just plain rude, every applicant have the right to know whether they got the job or not. At least this puts a stop to the anxiety.
