A lost and found Identity card belonging to one Miss Cynthia Erigbara of Political Science Department, Imo state university with the matriculation number 14/26507 have been communicated to Imsu Elijah. The misplaced item was reportedly dropped at Oil mill, Eleme junction Rivers State in manner of an unfortunate incident.
