Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Saturday warned leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State against the dire consequences of any move to deny the State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode a second term ticket.

The Vice President was quoted to have said this at a meeting with the Governors Advisory Council.

Osinbajo said there was absolutely nothing to justify such move.

GAC is the highest advisory body in the Lagos APC and it held its meeting in Lagos on Saturday morning.

Tinubu and his zombies have not told us what Ambode did wrong till now ...If you ask they will mumble rubbish and run away ...APC should be thanking Ambode for being the only glimmer Nigerian see in that evil party but no instead they want it ask him out and that says alot about the APC and the bad plans it has for Nigerians

Lagos APC Advisory Council Endorses Sanwo-Olu


Sen. Anthony Adefuye, a member of the council, who announced the GAC decision, noted that the meeting was chaired by national leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and featured the presence of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo; Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, among others.


“There was a GAC meeting held this morning which was attended by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker, House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, and others.

“This meeting was chaired by our national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. This is a meeting that we started at 10am and we couldn’t finish early.

“After the meeting, I have been mandated by the GAC to announce this to you.

“The gubernatorial primary earlier scheduled for tomorrow, September 30th, has been shifted to Monday, October 1.

“Also, the GAC was informed by Dr Obafemi Hamzat of his decision to graciously step down and endorse Jide Sanwoolu.

The Lagosians know the reason why they want Ambode out. They are not doing it for the betterment of Lagos State but for their selfish interests.

This is the best time to liberate Lagos State from the shackles of those people that have turned Lagos to their conglomerates.

This is good for the people and the people will vote APC out come 2019.

The Zombie-in-chief saying "One man can't run affairs of the omoluabis"...

To him, Tinubu is 'they' while Ambode is 'he'.

That is how far gone the youths of this generation are in defending anything a mere mortal tells them to, even if told to use straw to sip from soak away.
They have handed over their ability to think for themselves to another to make the decisions that would affect them and their generations yet unborn.

Politicians are not the problem. The people are.

GAC cannot justify anything other than it's order from Tinubu!!!

Remember he also had issues with Fashola who did extremely well in Lagos

Ambode is tying up streets to make them motorable! As a matter of urgency even as I speak he needs to solve the issue of PSP at all cost even if the Lagos cabals are behind it!

Speed up the constructions of roads

Like I said he can learn alot from Fashola, traffic was reduced to barest minimum!

And Tinubu needs to take a cue from Mandela!

There is no harm in doing that!

If at all Ambode needs to be reprimanded, I believe that the legislators are not figure heads!

Lagos is too big for a man to hold to ransom!
