The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) in Benue state, has received the sad news of the demise of one of their members, Rev. Pharmacist. David Gbashi, of Zion Ministries, Katsina Ala, Benue state, who was involved in a fatal motor accident that took his life and five others.

The sad event occurred along Tyowanye town in Buruku local government area of Benue state, on Thursday 27th September 2018.

According to Michael Akor Juku who claimed to have confirmed the report from the investigating police officer, it was alleged that the pastor boarded a red Honda vehicle along with four young men and one elderly man before the fatal accident. 

The cleric went to Adikpo, in Kwande local government area, for a function and was travelling to Otukpo, before the ugly incident.

It was said reported that after the accident, various items such as charms, large sums of money, gun and a bible were found in the car as the corpses of the victims were brought out from the wreckage. 

It was gathered that the four boys alleged to be members of a robbery gang, traveled to Adikpo village, to acquire spiritual powers to fortify themselves as it's been reported that the suspected hoodlums are notorious for robbery operations in their area.

According to reports, all the passengers in the vehicle died on the spot due to the heavy impact of the collision as can be seen in the wreckage of the vehicle he boarded that evening. .

One thing about death is this, it is unconnected to whether how righteous one is or not, so far there is a decree that one day we must die.


But, if its not your time, then its not your time to die because so many good people have left this world and do we say the lord was not merciful to them? You can't understand the things of the spirit so no need being confused, the most important thing is to always seek for the lord's mercy everyday so when its your time to leave this world, you would go meet the lord in heaven whether you were a sinner or a saint
