A Community Development Service (CDS) project born out of a desire to raise the level of awareness of community stakeholders to be self enterprising leaders willing to take responsibility for a longer term and sustainable solution to the socio-economic problems in the society. It started in Oct 1st, 2016 as a NYSC Community Development Service Project but now drives a national and global sustainability agenda. We have a global sustainable development agenda on economic growth and poverty alleviation, an agenda on food security and responsible consumption, an agenda of driving inclusive and sustainable growth. To protect the long term interest of our communities and our planet, we must put aside our differences, join forces and take responsibility for the challenges we face to provide lasting solutions. Business as usual will definitely not take us there. Entrepreneurs have a role to play, as it is our duty to put ourselves to service, to create markets around these challenges where people can financially benefit in a sustainable way for the common good of the society.
