Ok, I work for this company for about 8 months. Since February. And according to appointment contract, one month notice is required before resignation. I gave my boss one week notice cos I needed to resume at a new company this week and he's insisting that I give him one month notice. This company is still owing me 2month salary cos they are not doing well financially. Is this Enough justification to nullify the one month notice agreement. Pls only lawyers conversant about Labour law
