I must congratulate the chieftains and members of the All Progressive Congress for turning out massively to execute the order. As predicted it was a humiliating white wash in most areas. I congratulate in particular the double agents who stayed with the Governor by day, advising him on his next moves and strategies while returning to base at. night to fortify plans to help his rival crush the fly with a sledgehammer. We saw your faces today live as you led your groups to a brilliant electoral victory . Like they say victory at last. Everyone can now relax, pop bottles of champagne and Hennessy to celebrate. Lagos has been saved from the proud, arrogant and incompetent governor who could not follow a simple blueprint. Lol.
To the insignificant fly who stood on the principles of democracy, who knew he would be defeated but still wanted to excersie his right to contest, you are a unique symbol to me. You are a winner to me. You are a hero to me. You are an inspiration to me. I will tell my children about your courage. I will use you as an example of how to be brave. Your excellency sir, in time all these people will be forgotten maybe except for their treachery and conspiracy but you will be an example of how to stand and look at the lion even if it will devour you completely.
Sometimes our victories are wrapped in our defeat. It will be beneath you to jump ship. Finish your term and leave the stage and throne for today's champions with your head held high because you have empowered a battalion of soldiers like me through your valour. Today in my heart I shoot a twenty one gun salute in your honour sir congratulations Mr Akinwunmi Ambode the lion heart.
