A person under the influence of drug or who is drunk cannot legally give consent. It also applies to an underaged; if you sleep with a 10-year-old, it is rape. It doesn't matter if they gave consent, or even asked you to sleep with them.

As much as I am disgusted at those who rape ladies I am also disgusted at you 'wicked' ladies.
