Ferguson did not fix any match. After he left, the Man united board made a lot of very wrong decisions. How can you wait until champions league is off the table before firing a manager, when the next one comes, he has to start from bare minimum. Moyes came and the whole tbing was far bigger than him, so much so that even RVP had to feign injury to avoid playing, only to immidiately say he was fit to play after Moyes was fired, then instead of keeping Giggs as the coach they went for Van Gaal, (another bad descision) and waited till Champions Leage was off the table to get him fired, you don't do like that in modern football. All these knee jerk reaction cannot help anybody.

Mourinho is a world class coach.

Sacking him is not the issue. The real issue is Man U lack players worthy of the United shirt.

Mourinho bitterly complained about his players before preseason, didn't he? Nobody listens these days.

£75m Lukaku is 1/10 the quality of Dwight Yorke/ Van Nistelrooy etc.

£89m Pogba is 1/10 the quality of Roy Keane/ Paul Scholes/David Beckam.

The list is endless. Besides these players don't understand what it means to play for Man Utd. They do not embody the spirit.

It's so sad that a quality coach as Mourinho is cursed with poor quality players.

Your coach says I want these players, give him the players he needs! look at your rivals: are they spending and are they winning? Look at the past clubs & achievements of your manager: did he do well, when mgt managed the club & left the manager to manage the players - Yes he did!

Mourinho assumed he could make an Essien out of Pogba or a Kante out of him. However, Pogba is not of a humble disposition, unlike the previous 2, if he thinks he has an edge over you, he will make it all about him FIRST and not the Team. This, me attitude Baba Fergie saw and got rid of him but now, he is so audacious, he rallies team members against the club not the manager. Whatever happens the club remains, Pogba and Mourinho will leave the club but the consequences of making a bad choice of a "me player" will haunt the club
