Anybody coming donkey years after an alleged crime, to accuse someone about to take another step upwards in success, is just a rabble rouser not worth the 15mins of infamy.


It is time the American public should stop entertaining idiots coming out to allege sexual inappropriateness or whatever weightless term they coin for such insignificant incidences that were never considered serious by those crying decades later.

Finally, common sense prevailed. The moronic Left is so obssessed with political gains at any cost, that they are willing to undo years of progress that have made justice systems based on English common law to be more prevalent in the West. Many are so unaware of history and cannot realize that in practice, this brilliant idea of innocent until proven guilty offers the greatest protection to most people's liberty from the tyranny of the powerful elite. No reasonable person wants to return to the times of the Salem witch trials where the standard of evidence required against a woman was the simple proclamation "she is a witch".

Majority of those on the political Left who were in support of overturning the principle of innocent until proven guilty in this particular case, are unable to see that once such regressive precedent is set, and starts becoming more common place for political expediency, those high on the socioeconomic ladder will be much less vulnerable than the vast majority of people. Upper middle class folks like Kavanaugh will not do nearly as badly under such standards as the less privileged like most blacks, latinos and other minorities the Left claim to care about.

The Enlightenment principles that allow the average citizen to enjoy the fruits of liberty have only been in place in the developed world for about 200 to 300 years now. Quiet recent in light of the thousands of years of human existence, most of which has been replete with oppression and tyranny. The extreme wing of the political left, which seems to be in control of leftist politics, have little regard for logic and common sense; and may well be the greatest threat to the gains of the Enlightment.

Some may say that the man, Kavanaugh, was not on trial here. Very disingenuous in my opinion. For me however, something much bigger than Kavanaugh was placed on trial. Something critical to the survival of the very advanced, albeit imperfect dispensation of justice and fairness that exists in the West today. It is the presumption of innocence until proof of guilt is provided. Lose this principle, and watch desperate power seeking opportunists and tribal bigots cause societies to devolve into rule by tyranny.
