A nightmare for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has emerged the flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2019 general elections.

9th – Former Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Atahiru Bafarawa 48 votes
10th – Former Senate President, Distinguished Senator David mark – 35
11th – Former Plateau State Governor, Senator Jonah David Jang 19 votes

12th – Senator Dati Ahmed – 5 votes
