Nairaland has been saving my ass for sometimes now. I always turn to nairaland for answers to some bugging questions, thanks to the great guys here.

I need ur help on this one.

I have been given admission to study one of the most sought after courses in Nigeria but my admission could be under threat.

My father is a retired teacher and my mother is a full house wife. We live on my fathers tiny pension which is not even enough for food let alone school fees. I would like u guys to suggest one or two things I can do on campus to support myself.

I will appreciate the time u would spare to help

Find a printer and be doing printing service to your colleague at discount rate or a small photocopying machine maybe.

With little capital and taking advantage of the population within the student community, you can start with data resale business. This would would give u ample time to face your studies and make few bucks as well.

Whatever you decide at the end of the day, make sure it's something that would give you enough time to face your primary assignment on campus.

If you could raise money and get a good printer, people always need to print something in an academic environment, and you don't need a shop per say, from the convinience of your room.

Learn graphic design. You could offer the service to those who need it as well as those who want to learn. But I must tell you, it's time demanding especially teaching those who wants to learn. I'm talking from personal experience

Market it to your course mates, neighbours, friends, relatives...
