Our client a Jewelry Store is looking to hire a Luxury Sales Associate. The Luxury Sales Associate will work directly with customers helping them identify their needs and selling luxury merchandise to them.

Job Requirements

1. Previous experience with a luxury retail brand is a must
2. 2-3 years experience in sales
3. Must reside on the Ikeja axis
4. Must be stylish and love fashion
5. Must have a sophisticated disposition
6. Must have product knowledge (knowledge of metals, gemstones etc.)
7. Must be single

Function of the Role

1. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
2. Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule
3. Arrange displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured
Perform a number of tasks such as presenting jewelry, conducting sales and inspecting jewelry
4. Report discrepancies and problems to the shop manager.
5. Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
6. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management
7. Working within established guidelines, particularly with product lines.
8. Ensure security within the store
9. Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support
10.Keep a schedule of events /special promotions
11. Work with management to organize and execute sales campaigns
12. Perform all other duties as assigned
