That's a partisan EFCC for you.... meanwhile the fraud petition sent to this same incompetent EFCC by a former director of Alpha Beta the firm that collects revenue on behalf of the Lagos state government is gathering dust in their archive....if Lagos state had been a PDP state one need no Sherman to tell him/her how Magu would have swooped on it.

Not also forgetting the APC governor that was discovered to have used the first tranche of the bail out fund to build a hotel in a certain state...that case too had been buried by Magu...

This going to be interesting legally. The supreme court is going to decide if FOIA applies to states. States will be under microscope at all angles if both pass. The biggest thing the FG needs to investigate is use of security vote money.
