This your house has been wood worked. why are you looking for rough estimate at this time?? Better to do physical measurement and get accurate. The meters of the house should be 370 to 400 m ranges of the roofing sheets, other sheets like gutter, ridges, eve angles like 45meters..... Depending on the type of roofing sheert you want to use. The cost you might roofing depends on some key factors

1. The height of the carcass
2. The area of the house
3. The design of the house.

You can cut corner on 1, i.e you can lower the height of your wood work to reduce cost. The higher the carcass, the higher the meters of roofing to be consumed. But if the wood work is high your house becomes beautiful and have lower risk of leakages even when the woods loss it hardness.

I have done a 6bed roof which cost 760k steptile 0.45mm in Uromi, A 6 bedroom using Longspan 0.55mm in Ibadan for 920k all include transport, installation cost from Lagos.
