We have a water supply challenge in this site, I was under the impression that there was a borehole near this site, but since there is none, I went and bought a water pump to help pull water from a natural water body near this site.

The new water pump, hoses and accessories . .......

This is what happens when you have an educated , experienced problem solver in charge.

Many less innovative people will wait for 1 month to get a tanker that will agree to come supply water to the site and frequently delay the project due to lack of water.

This is a sketch of the floor plan i would like for that project we talked a while ago for Awka, Enugu or Asaba. I hope you would have time to add my project to your growing list of projects.

I got a rough sketch of the apartment complex here from my friend. He says its a really rough sketch, but you would be able to understand the plan.

The dimensions were deliberately left out because i know plot sizes are measured differently in Nigeria.Do you think such a building will fit in a 50 by 100 plot size?

We have many of such plans already drawn for past jobs, but my architect can prepare a new one to fit your exact land size. It will take Ihebrooke just a few days to prepare your plans and we can move to site as soon as possible. I am waiting to give your house the expertise it deserves. Welcome Sir.

I prefer my plan because i have seen the completed luxury apartment complex with that exact plan here. The only difference is that the Kitchen and dinning aren't separated with a wall and the store area is the washing machine room. But, i understand that style is forbidden in Naija. So i asked for a wall between the kitchen and Dining and the washer and dryer room called a store room.
