We are currently recruiting an Administrative Manager for our client in the agricultural sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Work closely with the executive management to design and implement effective administrative strategies for farm operations.
• Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Represent the Managing Director at meetings and events.
• Oversee Vendor sourcing and management.
• Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that office facility is in prim and conducive working condition by carrying out periodic inspection of the office facility and drawing up strategic plans for repairs, renovations, installation and other maintenance activities.
• Reduce office wastages and minimize costs by monitoring utilities’ consumption, adopting effective storage system, ensuring multiple vendor system to encourage bidding processes, and putting inventory controls around company assets amongst others.
• Supervise staff bookings, purchases, and facilities’ maintenance.

*Requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree in Social and Management Sciences or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a structured organization.
