The amazing thing about farming is that you can easily get other people to help you, if you don’t have the time, skill or expertise for it.

Crop farming for one doesn’t require much time; it’s something you can be doing even on weekends.

If you intend to make good money from farming, then you have to do it on a large scale.

Starting a Farm
Step 1. Choose Farming Practice

The first step to farming is to decide what you wish to farm on.

You can do various farming practices in one place.

You can own a fish farm, pig farm, birds poultry, and even a cucumber, okra or corn farm in one land. Do research and choose a suitable farming practice.

*I am offering a free guide to fish farming and cucumber farming, but it’s only available to those who meet my condition.*

Step 2. Acquire a Land

If you are living within Lagos, then you will realize that there is an apparent shortage of lands in Lagos for farming purposes.

Almost every piece of land is used for housing or industrial purpose.
This had made land costly and out of the reach of many agro-entrepreneurs, holding them back from their ambition.

This highlights the need to first secures a suitable plot of land for your farm.

Fortunately, the Farm Park, Epe is currently selling now for a promo price of ₦500,000 for a 600sqm plot size.

This is one of the cheapest land in Lagos and its reserved for agricultural projects.

Farm park is suitable for:
• Crop Farming
• Livestock farming
• Animal husbandry
• Ranches
• Feed mills and other agro-industries.

If you plan on investing in agriculture, then Farm Park is your best choice to buy cheap lands in Lagos.

3. Write out your plan.

After acquiring the land, the next step is to quickly write up a business plan and start building your farm.

Most people may argue about writing a business plan first, but the situation here is different.

I quite agree. Badagry or Ikorodu for low cost farmlands. If you're well off enough to run a farm thats more technologically advanced than most, Lekki free trade zone is not a bad idea

Farming is one of the most lucrative businesses one can do in Nigeria, considering the fact that Nigerians spend over 40% of their monthly earnings on food followed by accommodation and transportation.

As a matter of fact, it would be very wise for almost everyone to have a piece of agriculture that they produce, even if it is just aloe vera or corn.

But again not everyone has the time to go full time or the space to plant, but that should not be the reason for not trying.
If getting the money to start is the issue, then that is also not a problem because, with quick cash loan of up to N5million from Page Financials, farming just got easy.

If this is your case, quickly visit www.pagefinancials.com to get a quick loan from Page Financials to sort the bills and make life easier.

Definitely, Lekki free trade zone will be an industrial hub. Its actually a rare investment opportunity. In a few years time, many people will look back and gnash their teeth for missing out of such great an opportunity.

You can invest in Peninsula estate, beju lekki with as low as 600k per 600sqm plot. The estate is Just about 8 minutes drive to Dangote refinery and Lekki free trade Zone.
