Edo State’s Infrastructure Budget Is N4billion, Yet This Is What A Major Road Looks Like There Residents of Esan West LGA in Ekpoma, Edo State have lamented the deplorable state of a major road. The road, residents say, becomes easily flooded after rainfall. The state governor, Godwin Obasekisigned an N150 billion budget into law last December. Obaseki had proposed a budget of N146 billion to the State House of Assembly, but the lawmakers increased the budget by N4 billion in order to “allow for more infrastructural and agricultural projects”.
