Joseph Adebayo, a corp member from Ogun state
and serving at Bauchi has been pronounced death
after the boat which he boarded together with two
other corp members capsized in Gubi river at the
outskirt of Borno. Joseph was said to be going
back to his lodge after end of service picnic before
the tragedy occurred.
The other 2 corp members were rescued by the
villagers but the attempt to rescue Joseph proved
futile as his body later floated after hours of search.
