Abia State Government has launched a new taxi scheme known as "Inaga Abia" to ease the internal transportation challenges within the major cities of the state.

According to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, who launched the new “Abia Easy Taxi” scheme, the introduction of the scheme was borne out of his concern for an organised taxi scheme in the state as obtained in other states across the country.

Seems a Government in Nigeria is finally getting something right. This is very very encouraging. It's the kind of things you only see in places like America, Dubai, Hong Kong etc. The scheme came with a Fully fitted Monitoring Room, where Drivers and Passengers would be monitored
