Forgot to add; you can start with just 10 press-up daily if it seems too difficult. I started with just 10, and now i go-up 40-50

abegi i'm a girl and interested in loosing my tommy weight but i dont want to loose my body or boobs fat, is that possible i'd rather keep by belly if i'd loose the boobs tho so be honest tank you cool
