A vote for "someone else" who cannot unseat the incumbent is an indirect vote for Buhari.

I believe you know this but are just trying to be smart

dafemnet:
Vote for someone else if you don't want Buhari, Atiku is not a choice.

You would wail tire. Wike no dey do number of collected PVC, but rather number of registered voters. Once you are in that register, go and vote. Shikena.

What Saraki did in Osun still rings bell and how he won Senate President.

You think Umahi would work for Buhari against an Igbo Man? Please wake up.

Tambuwal has the backing of the Caliphate and Dasuki family.

Dankwambo is the most loved Governor in NE.

Ortom would deliver NC to Atiku.
Tambuwal has no backing.if he haf,its over.he isnt popular beyond his tambuwal lga.
Wike rigs using federal might which is now in apc hands including thugs and militants.all the various reruns in rivers should show your empty brain that amechi has overpowered him.
How will ortom deliver north central when hes only achievement is wheebarrow and backlog of arrears? Your funny oh.why wont umahi work for buhari if his permanent interest is secured by buhari? Is obiano not against obi? Dankwambo is loved in gombe but buhari always wins gombe oga and hes not on the ballot mr.
Saraki tactics works only at the senate not anywhere else.hes about to lose his kwaraki fiefdom.

Kwankwaso is ok and much involved but at the moment is kinda still grudgy. Ganduje will give him a tough time considering what is going on now with him so its better not to make him a center of attraction but can work with Dakwambo and Tanbuwal who speak the same language with him to garner support. No Kwankwasiyya somebody in his right sense would vote APC in the first place
Kwakwaso who play a bigger role. He would play in Hazard's free role position. Kwankwassiyya movement cut across NW, NE, NC and part of SS, so making him Coordinator of NW would limit him his performance.

To the detriment of who will that be?
What is the point of doing anything if i know i have 4years to spend in power, i will definitely embezzle as much as i can.
Until we learn to think for ourselves, see the gimmicks they play and vote the right set of people not just put someone in power, cos this ideology of voting out is plain stupid, cos the next person coming will just play his cards well & destroy your hopeful wildest dreams atikulate govt(thats if he emerges victorious) by sponsoring terrorist, creating unrest & paying social media influencers to be spread lies & propaganda & trust me the next person in line is most likely Saraki, just that he would have prostituted himself back to APC and with a eye catching slogan for idiots to salivate on
People are just so dumb.

Atiku just made some big mistakes. Dave Umahi wants to be president in 2023 and he has been planning to work for Buhari, this appointment just made that job easier for him as he will be in a perfect position to sabotage Atiku. Nyesom Wike will be too busy fighting off the army that Amaechi has raised against his second term bid that he won't be able to cordinate anything outside Rivers state. Tambuwal carries no weight anywhere in the north, even in his own Sokoto state! Gombe people like Dankwambo but hate PDP, now that he has finished his second tenure and failed to clinch the presidential ticket, they are done with him and PDP. They won't listen to him anymore. To be continued..

My proposal would work in favour of the youths and securing their votes for both parties. At the end of the day, the candidate with the highest number of votes takes the cookie.

Time to stop ignoring the youths and their lights in the scheme of things.

With or without this analysis, PDP's monumental looting of our treasury is so fresh in our memory that voting the party in 2019 is nothing short of fooling ourselves . Therefore, it is sai baba till 2023.

Saraki Named DG, Atiku’s Presidential Campaign

· Dickson rallies former aspirants for candidate

Adedayo Akinwale in Abuja

Senate President Bukola Saraki has been named the director-general of campaign of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

The appointment, which had been subject of media speculation for days, was confirmed to THISDAY this morning by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Kola Ologbondiyan, who said zonal coordinators had also been named after long hours of meetings by the PDP hierarchy.

The coordinators according to him are, governors Aminu Tambuwal (Sokoto, North-west), Ibrahim Dankwambo (Gombe, North-east), Samuel Ortom (Benue, North-central), Nyesom Wike (Rivers, South-south) and Dave Umahi (Ebonyi, South-east). Former Ekiti State governor, Mr. Ayo Fayose, would coordinate the South-west.

Ologbondiyan said Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr. Emmanuel Udom, was appointed Chairman of Fund Raising Committee, while former presidential aspirant, Alhaji Taminu Turaki, would head the legal committee.

Others campaign officials, he said, would be announced in due course.

Meanwhile, the party formally set the machinery in motion for the reconciliation of all aspirants that contested its presidential ticket in Port-Harcourt penultimate weekend in an attempt to rally them behind the party’s presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

Although the primary was seen to be transparent and without rancour, the party still felt it should not take chances and asked its reconciliation committee headed Bayelsa State Governor, Mr. Seriake Dickson, to talk to the former aspirants and clear all possible grey areas.

The reconciliation moves started yesterday with a visit to Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Waziri Tambuwal, and former governor of Kaduna State, Senator Ahmed Makarfi, in Abuja. With Dickson were Delta and Taraba States governors, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and Mr. Darius Ishaku.

Speaking after the meeting, Tambuwal accused President Muhammadu Buhari of maladministration, saying that the way the country was being run by proxy was unacceptable and won’t be allowed to continue after May 29, 2019.

Tambuwal assured the party and Nigerians that he was committed to the success and victory of the party at the general elections in February, 2019.

He stated, “We have had a robust and fruitful engagement on the way forward. And I have made my commitment immediately after the convention that I am going to support our candidate, Waziri Adamawa, Atiku Abubakar, 100 percent for us to have victory at the general election.

“So, I am not wavering, I am not looking back. Work has started for us to ensure that the PDP family remains united and other lovers of democracy come and partner with us for us to ensure that we convincingly win this election. It is not about my personal ambition.

“It is about this country. And all of the issues we have discussed, canvassed and traversed for during our encounter with delegates and party leaders, have remained there.”

He said the misgovernance of Nigeria under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) had to stop.

“We want a situation whereby the President of Nigeria will be hands on on issues of good governance, respect for the rule of law and the way this country is governed. So, I have given my commitment and I mean it, I am out for it. By the grace of God, we shall support Atiku Abubakar and PDP to win elections throughout Nigeria”, he said.

The Bayelsa State governor commended the former presidential aspirants for displaying maturity and spirit of sportsmanship after the Port Harcourt Convention, which was won by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

Dickson who is the Chairman of the Committee said that the party had commenced series of consultative talks with all the aspirants and leaders of the party in the bid to retake political power from the APC in 2019.

According to him, “I am leading a team of the committee of governors to interact and compare notes with our brother, His Excellency Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State. As you all know, he ran a great race and we are all proud of what he did and what he continues to do. We appreciate his statesmanship; we appreciate the way and manner he has been of help to the party consolidating the gains the party is making.

“This afternoon, as part of our decision to go round, visit, encourage and interact with all our party leaders especially all those who indicated interest in the last presidential elections, we have held a fruitful meeting.

“We are actually starting from here and would be leaving from here to visit our former national caretaker chairman and also hold similar consultative meetings with him.”

On his part, the former caretaker chairman of the PDP, Senator Ahmed Makarfi urged Atiku to include all the former presidential aspirants so that they could galvanise support for him.

He said while the aspirants went into the election as aspirants, they emerged collectively as a party.

He said he had long years of national and political relationship with Atiku, which had not changed, stressing that the PDP would be victorious in the 2019 elections

Your re-echoing my thoughts exactly.there inferior to apc in strategies and political warriors.when apc gets close to 100k votes in ebonyi is when they will realize.to a smart politician in both apc and pdp from the south, its better to wait for power to come to the south in 2023 than wait 8 years.umahi has a good rapport with apc and can always switch.infact buhari completing his tenure in 2023 will also favour southern pdp politicians...

What you don't know is that Ede is not Osun State but a town in Osun State. On the rerun election, ordinarily, Osogbo, ife, etc wouldn't have voted for anybody from Ede with their long historical bitterness. Saraki himself knew this, that is why he started shouting INEC should declare PDP the winner of the election despite the election was not conclusive at the first poll. Saraki is a dirty man with dirty and crude ideas to stampede INEC.

The youths that are beneficiaries of CORRUPTION are not in the page with whatever idea you have. Bro, let the youths shun materialistic or flaboyancy that Buhari epitomize. Did you know that if Buhari find his way he must have cut bogus allowances of all political office holders? You know that it is no more a news that allowances of a senators could pay 30,000 a month of hundreds of youths? Fake constituency projects are there too. Even, Buhari & Osinbajo is the only DIFFERENCE between APC and PDP. May Almighty God help us the youths, amin.
