father to court after he declined her

A 20-year-old woman, Amina Hassan,
on
Tuesday hauled her dad, Hassan
Adamu,
under the watchful eye of a Sharia Court
at Magajin Gari,
Kaduna over his refusal to permit her
wed
the man she adores.
The young lady, who lives with her
grandma on
Bashama street, Tudun Wada, Kaduna
said
through her attorney Ado Ali that she
needs the
court to arrange her dad to wed her off
to
her heartthrob.
The complainant included that she had
achieved
marriage age and would need to settle
with
the man she cherishes yet her dad had
declined
his consent.
“We need the court to arrange her dad
to
wed her off to her heartthrob,” her legal
counselor
said in court.
He likewise asked that if the dad remain
resolute, the court should fill in as the
young lady’s
gatekeeper and wed her off to the man
she
cherishes.
Ali said he had made endeavors to
persuade
the dad to diminish on his stand
