A Project Officer is required by a business based in Ikeja to coordinate the different projects they are executing.

Skills and Experience:
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of the metrics associated with a problem or situation, their significance and relationship, and being able to manipulate these as necessary to identify solutions.
• Contract and people management.
• Financial activities including budgeting, forecasts, purchases & invoice receipting.
• Microsoft Office suite at an intermediate level, as a minimum.
• Working with Clients and Customers.
• Broad range of IT products and/or services, e.g. maintenance of IT infrastructure, applications, Internet connectivity services, system development, software products

Description of work:
• Managing the procurement of goods and services.
• Ability to advice on different procurement routes to acquire services and products.
• Evaluates and selects suppliers based on the specification and evaluation criteria.
• Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements, maintains records of relevant information and identifies actions required to maintain or improve levels of service.
• Identifies and manages external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of products and services required by the business.
• Financial management, control and stewardship of business assets.
