The fuel pump is actually being purchased from Toyota as the Avensis is not an american model so we do not carry the parts unless they match an American model. You can actually purchase from Toyota direct yourself. We accept you bringing your own parts. Cleaning is hit and miss but can be attempted with the understanding that if it does not work you will have to pay labor for the job to be redone. FYI though, we are not reopening the repair arm until infection rates decline. We are currently doing internet part sales and free delivery only.

ahhhh I see. This corona virus thing is quite a tragic occurrence for all business people. I have no problem with paying for the labor. 147k is very steep so I will attempt the cleaning first. well i will hold on till you guys open again.

I need to buy 3/16" Copper-nickel brake line.

I have sent a mail to support@radautoworks.com and I got a reply asking me to provide the vehicle model or vin(I don't think this was even necessary because I just want a roll/coil of the line and will do the bending and flaring myself) which I did but I haven't got a reply over 48 hours since then.

The remote database only allows them to look up things by make and model that's why. If they were in the shop they could physically go look to get a part number. Without entering it, they can't search because we have a LOT.

I have access to full version. Which type do you want? We have multiple of each type in stock.

Items 8, 9, 10 and 11 seems to be what I want; they are all 3/16" and Copper-nickel. What difference does the japanese, British, European and SAE make ?

Fuel guage would not work. Turns out a bypass was done on the ECU, fuse box AND the transmission!

Apparently they couldn't power the ECU properly so they bridged directly to the fuse box. This interfered with the signal the guage should have been receiving. As a result, if the gauge works, the car cranks but won't start and vice versa.

Solution? Car has to be returned to factory settings as we will not do the alternative of more bypasses. Fingers crossed it can be done without needing a whole new ECU, fuse box and reprogramming. So far, we have replaced some relays and fuses and removed the bypass to the ECU and cluster.

While doing so we also discovered the instrument cluster has been tampered with and something has been soldered poorly that shouldn't have been

UPDATE: customer confirmed that all repairs except two were done by Toyota Nigeria. All it takes is ONE time for your car to get completely messed up. STAY. WITH. ONE. GOOD. PLACE.
