@ tyor & m.sherida - my next post here would be to show you guys a photograph of PVC ceilings, and to also include that of laminated wooden floor tiles (which are used in lieu of d common floor tiles). These laminated wooden floor tiles are easily detachable, and very beautiful. You will love them. According to your requests, I'll be sheding more light on dis and the PVC ceilings when next I come on board, hopefully, b4 weekend.

For your information, Laseni (see first post) was around to check d ones I told him about, and I think he was impressed with what he saw.

It is PVC ceiling tiles. if you look closely, you can see the electrical wiring popping out ready to receive ceiling light fitting

like how much will it cost to have for a 5bedroom bungalow, with kitchen and toilets

Well, for the type you can see in the pic, it cost about 350K for materials and labour it covered the entire ceiling of the top floor of a house consisting of 4 flats - 3 bedroom per flat.
Not sure what the square metres area was but i guess if you picture a block of 4 flats with 3 bedrooms per flat and consider the ceiling area for top floor, you might be able to relate it to you bungalow
