One is moi moi in nylon while the other is moi moi in leaf. Basically the same thing with subtle differences. If you have money, go for Hyundai. It's the moi moi with leaf.

This is like choosing between "Star" and "Gulder" beer, they are basically the same and it boils down to your taste. It better be your company offering you 'official car' because i cannot advice my enemy to use over 8.5 million to buy "kia" or "Hyundai".......

Personally, I'd choose the Accent. It's better equipped than the Rio. Kia IMO started doing better from the Cerato upwards.
