I am sure you are familiar with the statement “proper planning prevent poor performances”.

Have you taken time to think about what that statement could mean as an employee? Am not talking about how you should plan for your daily task in the office.

I am diverting your attention to proper planning of your life even as you work in that particular office, rolling the chair 360 degree and claiming the “BOSS” not minding that time flies like a rocket.

Right from the time you got your employment letter from your employer, congratulating you for being a part of the family or team you have worked your way into, that same office has set your time alarm, counting the days, weeks, months and years your appointment will become terminated, simply because you are not the owner of the company, neither is it your father’s.

Doesn’t this give a sound of danger and warning that someday as you were showed the way in, so also will you be shown the exit door should unforeseen incident occur?
