2023 AND SOUTH WEST: FASHOLA IS VERY MUCH IN ORDER.

I've read some of my brethren and even Comrades berate Ex-Governor and current Super Minister For Power, Raji Fashola (SAN) for this his submission:

“Your child cannot surrender her waist for edifying beads and you will use the bead to decorate another child’s waist. A vote for Buhari in 2019, means a return of power to the South-West in 2023. I am sure you will vote wisely.”

On the contrary, I daresay Fashola is very much in order and well within his rights to say so to his kinsmen. Leave him be please.

How much different is what Fashola is saying today to the SW from what Igbos like Chief Joe Igbokwe, my humble self and others have been singing for our brethren in the South East for years now?

We have been saying the exact same thing: "For Igbo Presidency in 2023, South East should support and vote Buhari".

Did anyone really listen?

My happiness is that we all have a conscience. Even if we pretend it doesn't exist, it will keep flogging us.

Even when SGF Boss Mustapha said it, we said we don't need Igbo Presidency. That it was propaganda.

Some said we need Biafra.
Some said No Referendum, No election.
Next we need restructuring.
Today we need Atiku-lation without articulation.

We didn't start talking about a potential Igbo Presidency in 2023 under the APC yesterday. We started even before 2015 election. The records are there. Today it has become like food left overnight that becomes everyone's food by morning.

When did the South West start speaking to this matter even? When it became clear that we had no plans or rather that we had different plans. Or do we expect them to reject it after we rejected it? Why? How?

Someone said PMB was dangling 2023 before the SE to deceive them.

I told him; Foul. PMB never dangled anything about 2023 before the South East.

Just like he's not dangling anything about 2023 before the South West today.

It is pure, common sense political permutation that any objective people would read. But we Igbos obviously have other fascinations.

Let's atiku-late very well. I even read someone say Atiku-lation "will guarantee Igbo Presidency in 2019". Yes 2019. Odi nma.

Comrades and brethren, please Fashola has to rally his base. And who would blame him.

Whoever needs it more now and works for it should take it. That's all. That's politics. There's no free gift in politics.

Finally, whatever we decide, it's okay but as I always say, I don't blame one for any decision one makes politically. I only get pissed off when one fails to man up to the consequences of one's decisions or indecisions and instead choose to blame others. Same goes for the SE.

Because of stories that touch and cfia wailings tomorrow. We've endured enough wailings already.

We are poised to rig Buhari in and be islamised (as being spread by the igbos) and there is nothing anybody can do about it. The SW is now rallying to battle our eternal enemies in 2019 and we want to see what the igbos will do when Buhari is declared winner of the elections.

I expect igbos to go to war next year so that we may settle this generational hatred once and for all.

The leadership race for 2019 election has become tribal in the southern part of the country, there will be few discerning voices but majority will align with their tribal people. The battle will be in SS, and the middle belt, the northern part will sort themselves out.
